Back home together drinking Negramaro 🍷
Summer means family time in Italy and… mum’s fantastic food!
Agnese and I spent the day at the beach in our native town, Pescara, and this evening our mum, Antonietta, welcomed us back home with the most traditional food of the Abruzzo region: pallotte cacio e uova (cheese balls), melanzane alla parmigiana (aubergine bake), pipintun e ove (peppers and eggs).
We enjoyed them with a nice bottle of Negramaro, a well structured red wine from Puglia.
